G is for Gray
As in Gray Hair, and not from long, sleepless night.
I’m talking about characters that are older. Celebrating the second part of their life.
My story, Last Chance to Run’s main characters are in their fifties. Older with gray hair and wiser than their younger partners. Most of the stories I have read are all based on the young, beautiful, well built men and woman. I wanted to show that being over fifty, and enjoying life after the children have left, can be just as exciting, and as sexy.
Not that I’m saying a sexy young, hard bodied man doesn’t make a good story, but a strong, older, well maintained man can be just as nice.
Nice, right? I would let him invade my dreams.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you come back to see what I think about the letter H.
Older characters are also fun to write, particularly when they interact with the younger ones.
